Thanks to the Friends of Residential Exeter Dogs, Exeter is more dog friendly than ever. The Exeter Bark Park opened in April 2011 and its been a hit ever since. It is located at F and Palm Streets.  The private organization has submitted a map to assist dog-owners in finding the park.
