Daily Recommended Physical Activities

Everyone knows that its important for your health to stay active. The Center for Disease Control recommends that adults get 150 minutes per week of physical activity. That’s about 30 minutes a day for 5 days per week. And, kids ages 5 to 17 should accumulate even more—at least 60 minutes daily.

We are all, however, faced with staying at home to combat the COVID-19 pandemic. Getting enough exercise is easier said than done. However, we want to come together and provide you with resources and creative ideas so that we can all come out of this healthy and vibrant.

We’re going to be sharing some resources we’ve found that will help to keep you active. Come back often for updates.
