Exeter Trunk or Treat will again be held this year on Oct. 31 from 6 to 8 pm. While it’s traditional to collect candy door-to-door for Halloween, this is an alternative form of trick-or-treating. Trunk or treat events allow costumed children to collect candy through the Exeter City Hall parking lot as they stop at cars decorated for Halloween.
